Nancy Clark Crossin brings over three decades of dental industry experience and wisdom to the dental community. An established catalyst and advocate, Nancy has long worked to encourage dentists and dental teams to reach “their” next level of success through the power of collaboration, brainstorming, and teamwork.

Because of her sense of fair play, her burning desire to level the playing field, and because she has her finger on the pulse of the dental industry, Nancy saw a need to create and offer an unparalleled option to the 70% of dentists who do not engage the services of a dental consultant yet want to achieve organizational excellence.

Nancy realizes that too often, improvement strategies tend to fade over time because of the hard issue of implementation, and the soft issue of resistance to change.

Linda Miles, CSP is the Founder of Linda Miles and Associates, an INC 500 dental management consulting company. She is also the Founder of the Speaking Consulting Network that has helped hundreds of other dental speakers and consultants start or enhance their own speaking/consulting businesses. Linda has spoken in all 50 states and on four continents. She has authored four books and mentored many dental consultants. After selling her two companies in 2007 and 2010, she founded www.AskLindaMiles.net in 2011, a Tele-Consulting & Coaching business which required no travel.

In 2012, she Co-Founded Oral Cancer Cause, a 501 nonprofit that financially assists oral cancer patients during their diagnosis and medical treatment. OCC practices will help Linda and her partner, Robin Morrison leave a legacy with many patients in their oral cancer recovery process. This is their proudest professional achievement.

Working with Nancy Crossin as the advisor for the Complete Customizable Dental Consulting Program has been a great addition to the “retirement projects” that keep Linda involved in the profession of dentistry that she loves and to which she has dedicated 55 years.

Candice got her start in dentistry as a 16-year old file clerk. In the 30+ years since that time, she has worked in nearly every position in a dental office. The knowledge and skills gained through these hands-on experiences enabled Candice to start her own coaching and consulting business where she can expertly guide dental teams to their next level of success.

Candice is mostly known as an Efficiency Expert who simplifies practice systems and protocols making them easy for dental teams to apply. She has researched, developed, and implemented systems that can help any practice improve and achieve a healthier vision and trajectory. Her unique energy and personable nature enable dental teams to shed unproductive routines and worn-out systems. With Candice’s strategic guidance, teams lighten their load, generate confidence with patients and reward the practice with revenue.
